The 6th World's Poetry Festival 2009 will take place on june and july as a tribute to a venezuelan Poet named Juan Calzadilla (National Prize of Plastic Arts 1996).
This event will be sponsored by Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Cultura and Casa Nacional de las Letras Andrés Bello, so my art archive willheld:

Measures UP TO A4 MAXIMUM. The base or pedestal needed should be provided by the artist.

VISUAL POETRY:
Collage, visual poems, process poetry, illustrated poetry, labyrinth poems, phonetic poems, audible poems, semiotic, palindrome, holopoems, concrete poetry, video action, photo action, object poem, pseudovisual poetry, braille poetry.
VIDEO, SHORTFILM, DOCUMENTARY, ANIMATION:
All videos will be admitted, shortfilms, photography, documentaries, animations that do not exceed 8 minutes of length and they must be delivered on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation.
MULTIMEDIA EXPRESSION:
They will be admitted on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation including the credits, the photography, the list of the soundtrack that was used and the name of the author.
AUDIO FORMAT:
the audio format admitted has to be:
Wave 44,100 Hz 16 bit stereo
Mp3 from 96 'til 320 KPSS
If the expression is audible, high fidelity required.

Convocatoria para la realización de un libro de artista colectivo "en la calle"

EL TALLER DE GRÁFICA EXPERIMENTAL UTOPIA AMBULANTE CONVOCA A ARTISTAS VISUALES, POETAS, MÚSICOS, MAILARTISTAS Y DEMÁS FAUNA IMAGINANTE A PARTICIPAR EN LA REALIZACIÓN DE UN LIBRO DE ARTISTA COLECTIVO
El tema para el libro es “La Calle” y este sera abordado de manera libre por cada participante.
No hay restricciones en el formato ni en la técnica para realizar las obras ( grabado - fotografía - pintura - serigrafía - poesía - dibujo - estencil - arte objeto )
Se aceptan propuestas en Cd para piezas de videoarte, poesía sonora, música y material audiovisual de artistas que trabajen estos medios.
El tiraje de libros sera dado por el numero de participantes que se adhieran a este proyecto, mas dos números extra para su exposición.
El libro finalmente editado sera montado en una exposición al margen de espacios culturales oficiales y sera expuesto directamente en la calle dentro de un contexto performativo.
La locación callejera para el montaje de la exposición es tentativamente en la ciudad de Querétaro, México.
En la exposición se regalaran fotocopias de las obras a los transeúntes ademas se realizara una subasta callejera simbólica de los dos libros extras para recuperación de gastos.
A cada participante le corresponderá por su participación un libro, el cual sera enviado a su domicilio después de la edición y exposición de las obras.
El proyecto se documentara en un blog para que todos los participantes puedan seguir su proceso.
